Shipping Policy
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the production and delivery times have been delayed by up to 10 business days than the time frame below. We truly apologize for this inconvenience and Thank you for your understanding and sympathy with us in this situation.
Our products are printed on demand, made to order, customized/personalized items. This means that they are NOT produced until an order is placed. Therefore, after you place an order, there is a processing time before we ship the product.
We have production partners who assemble products for us. We submit orders to our production partners and they assemble products and ship them out.
Most of our partners are based in the USA, but their printing facilities are located in various locations such as USA, EU, China and Viet Nam. Products are assembled by hand, then packaged and shipped.
Note: Please be careful when choosing size. Follow our size charts in the pictures on product page. Exact shipping cost will be calculated after you add items to cart and enter your mailing address.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.
Shipping fees are also based on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charge is shown on the checkout page.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Typically, our staff will start processing and push the order to the associated fulfillment centers in within 12-hours business day. Processing time doesn’t simply start from the day you placed your order after your payment is authorized and verified, so please be patient with us. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
On average, products are produced within 1-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping time is 4-14 business days for orders from US and 2-3 business weeks for International orders depending on product. Shoes, blanket, 3D hoodies take longer than others. Some customized orders are only sent to production after the custom designs are approved. Depending on buyer’s responsiveness, the pending approval step may last a few days and does not count toward processing time.

Note:
- During the period from November 25th to December 31st of each year, processing time and shipping time might be extended by 3-5 business days without prior notice.
- Please ensure all delivery information is correct. We don’t check the validity of your shipping address before we ship your order. In case delivery fails because of incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can recover the package and reroute the shipment. You are required to pay for all service fees in this case. Reshipments may take several weeks to complete.
- The above time frame is estimated delivery times and only applied for orders with standard shipping methods. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time;
- For international orders, it may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no power to influence the process and we apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from customs;
- If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we will contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order;
- Logistics might be delayed due to bad weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances beyond our control. For any enquiries, please contact our online customer service or [email protected]. We will respond within 24 hours.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we can ship all products to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Globalmail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
IMPORTANT: For shoes orders, please make sure that your PO Box has enough space to store the item, or delivery may fail.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
HOW IS VAT APPLIED TO EU-BOUND ORDERS?
The value-added-tax (VAT) rules on cross-border eCommerce activities change in the EU on July 1, 2021.
Starting from July 1, 2021, there are 2 VAT regimes:
- One Stop Shop (OSS) for domestic EU–EU sales;
- Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) for import from all countries outside the EU to the EU;

Note: As the UK isn’t a part of the EU, these rules don’t affect how the VAT is applied to orders to the UK.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping because all of our products are custom made-to-order after each purchase. We are looking into ways to expand our shipping options for you.
CAN I DELIVER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will reprint it and resend it once the estimated time for delivery is exceeded. The reprint will not include any additional fee.
IS THE TRACKING OPTION AVAILABLE?
Yes! An email will be sent to you with the tracking information once it ships out to you.
If your shipping destination is within the United States, our shipping partner always offers a complete tracking option for each shipment. You can track your order on our website once tracking information is available. You can always contact us via email to get update on your order.
WHY I CAN’T FIND TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDERS?
Only on rare occasions the tracking cannot be available on your dashboard: in that case, please contact our support team or check your email inbox again.
ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING NUMBER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. HOWEVER, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. WHICH SOLUTION DO YOU PROPOSE?
If tracking shows the package is delivered but in fact you never received it, please try:
- Searching around your neighborhood. Sometimes items are misplaced or stolen upon delivery;
- Checking if you have entered the correct shipping address;
- Contacting the shipping service. Sometimes products are delivered late and scanned delivered by mistake.
Note:
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse);
- If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged;
