During peak seasons like Christmas or unexpected events such as
inclement weather, shipping times may be delayed.
While we understand the frustration of delayed delivery, only shipping carriers can resolve such issues. We are not liable for shipping delays or errors in these instances. -
If we have provided accurate tracking information and the package shows
as delivered but you haven’t received it, please search around your
neighborhood as it may be misplaced or stolen upon delivery.
We are not responsible for missing packages in this scenario. You can contact the shipping carrier directly (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for assistance or to file a claim.
